orders from?
A: We are able to accept orders all over the world.

Q: How will I know if my order is confirmed?
A: If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout
process, you will receive two emails after your order is
placed. The first confirms the details of your order. The
second email notifies you that your order has shipped and
also contains an order tracking number.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Q: Can I make changes to my online order?
A: Yes, you can, but please contact us via email within
one business day. Cause your items are typically processed
and shipped within one business day after we receive your
payment.
SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES
Q: When is my order shipped?
A: Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through
Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) are typically processed
and shipped within one business day. Once an order has processed,
delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and
post office, usually you will receive your goods in 7-12
business days.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Q: How can I track the status of my order?
A: Your tracking number will be included in your shipment
confirmation email. If you are registered at Online store,
and you placed your order through your online account, simply
Sign In with your Username and Password and go directly
to the Order History section. Follow the link directly to
the USPS site and enter your tracking number. NOTE: It may
take up to 48 hours before your tracking information is
available online.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
Q: What if I place an order and online store doesn't have
the item in stock?
A: While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply
of our stock, occasionally we run out of certain items.
Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order
total and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation
email. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept back orders
at this time.
EXCHANGE AND RERUEN
Q: If i dissatisfied with my items?
A: If you are dissatisfied with your items, you should return
the products within five days of receipt for exchange or
refund (*If the size problem, we only accept for exchange,
but not refund.).
Making a returns or exchanges
are easy using USPS.You must send your returned package
via your own expense and provide us with a tracking number
cause all the items are the lowest price. Refunds are made
in the Credit card or other payment and may take up to ten
business days to process after we receive the tracking number
for the returned goods. Please note card refunds may take
up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending
on their processing time. This can vary greatly between
card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence
this.
